Ideas become a concrete plan. We develop detailed floor plans, elevations and concepts for design, technology and use. Costs and schedules are sharpened further – your project takes shape. To keep everything moving smoothly, we prepare the complete documents for the building permit, observe all legal requirements and represent your project professionally towards the authorities.

Now we plan in concrete terms what will be implemented on the construction site. Materials, constructions and technical solutions are specified precisely, so that everyone involved knows what is being built, how and with what.

Tendering & award
For clarity and comparability, we prepare detailed service specifications so that you receive fair and transparent offers. We examine the incoming bids, compare services and prices and accompany you in selecting the best partners. We also ensure security and transparency when concluding contracts – as a solid basis for a successful collaboration.

Construction & handover
We take over the coordination of the construction work, monitor quality, deadlines and costs and reliably represent your interests on site – for a smooth realisation. We also accompany you after completion: from the handover and documentation through to the handling of possible defects within the warranty period. This way, moving in is stress-free and your project starts successfully into its new use.
